I appreciated this as some dealers would not have done that. I went in anyway. During the test drive he again gave me details about the Leaf and his personal experience which then i already made up my mind to purchase the vehicle. The price negotiation was straight forward. Couldn't agree with the pricing so I initially left but came back to purchase the vehicle 1) because of the service I received from James was excellent. 2.) no pressure in buying 3.) fair pricing for the vehicle.
