We were very satisfied with the whole process. I worked with 10 different Subaru dealerships for e-pricing. Putnam was the best deal by far and we had great service through the whole process. The only thing I would recommend is that the dealership be able to prequalify applicants online, prior to arrival. The website shows this option but we were told that it was not working. It was a small hurdle overall, given all the fantastic service. Dominic Bati was the internet sales person for us that walked us through the process.
