I don't know where to start. When I went to purchase my vehicle, the salesperson was extremely helpful and kind, however I was sold the car $8000 over listing price. Online the car was listed for a little vehicle, the salesperson was extremely helpful and kind, however I was sold the car $8000 over listing price. Online the car was listed for a little above $18,000. My sales receipt shows I was sold the car for $26000. I was told that I would be purchasing the car for $21,000 because they had to pre-certify the car and there were other fees involved. I tried to argue the extra $3000 but it wasn't the end of the world. After driving the car home, I saw my receipt and saw that I was charged $26000 for the car! I still didn't even make a stink to management. 40 days after driving the car, my mechanic saw that my axel was broken on my drivers side. I called up management and they told me I was over my 30 days and they couldn't do anything. Management said "its a used car that's what you get.", meanwhile they are a used car dealership Why did I pay $3000 for a pre-certification if the car wasn't even inspected. To try to cover the damage, the dealership actually put a ziptie over the axel's rubber grommet. Just an FYI, with a broken axel you could ruin a cars transmission and lose control of your car. PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE. I will definitely be contacting my lawyer. More
