My conditions upon buying the car was that the car had to be inspected at my mechanic of choice, th I had a great experience dealing with Car Connect. Man this the truth. I own a lot of cars I went to buy a 2013 impala ltz no used car perfect but boy they funny af up there fr. He cleared the code I asked the salesman d what the code was he said gas. Get half way home trans overheats check engine light comes back. Then I get home on Thursday Saturday I had a mechanic look at it. The whole time is been sitting in front my house leaking coolant. I got 10 codes P0331 P0442 P0324 Etc. Transmission done Rod bearing knock Are you xxxxing serious the car went from $5000 to $8700 after being told that was the cash price after him coming back with multiple offers they took my 6k and told me f you basically no refund no help no nothing. They real lucky I ain’t closer idc I got a mustang 04 a q50 2017 a Xts 2014 A Mazda 3 sport 2017 They sold me a xxxxx. Don’t do it for the love of your money. More

I paid $1,700 for a pre-certificate and the very next day my coolant level warning popped up on my dashboard, I took it to Mercedes service and they showed me there was a leak. I called up quality auto center and the gentleman told me, they won’t fix the issue do to me not paying for warranty coverage even tho I purchased the vehicle from then less than 4 days ago. This is a prime example of how deceiving and corrupt this used dealership is. I’m disgusted by my interaction I had with this location and will never go back or recommend you make any purchases from this dealership. They do not honor or value their customers. They took advantage to gain a quick buck but in the long run they lose. More
