I would discourage anyone from going to this dealer unless you have money to burn, like having unknowledgeable salesmen, and subpar customer service. I went in there after setting up a test drive. They would not allow a test drive without first filling out an auto loan application, nor did they allow for an independent inspection by a mechanic at all. The salesman (Peter) repeatedly ignored when I said I needed to leave to get back to work, and used unprofessional tactics to keep me there like "Just 15 more minutes" or "Can I see the card you would want to use for the down payment?" and then hold it in his hand while he asked me other questions. I was asked to stay almost three hours after I needed to leave when he assured me it would only take another 15 minutes here and 20 there. He couldn't answer basic questions about the vehicle I was interested in and then proceeded to no only misplace the key but briefly blamed me for losing it. Every step of the way there were road blocks. I definitely felt taken advantage of buying the vehicle and every time I have returned (to pick it up or to call to check on the status of my license pate) I have been condescended to or blown off by other staff. The only reason I would give them a star at all and not zero stars is because I am happy with the vehicle. But I will not be returning. I will encourage others to go elsewhere. And if I were to resell this car, I will go out of my way to go to a different dealership. More
