I had an awful experience with Quality Auto Center in Springfield, NJ. I ended up paying $31k for a car that was listed for $24k on their website due to excessive markups and hidden charges. They charged me $5k more for "cleaning and maintenance," then hit me with an additional $500 for something random after they quickly took the down payment from my card. The car's air conditioner wasn’t even working when I bought it, and they initially refused to fix it without charging me, despite it being a known recall issue from Honda. They even tried to make me pay for labor after I told them about the recall. I also didn’t receive the second key fob, which is just another example of how dishonest this place is. Their sales tactics are shady; they pressured me to leave a review before I even left the lot. I regret not walking away when the salesperson was disrespectful. This dealership is a total scam and should be avoided at all costs. More
