Service is horrible, my wife had her SUV with them for over 3 weeks, for two issues. They corrected the radio issue but the major concern was not seen, we picked the car back up and a day later (ofcourse over 3 weeks, for two issues. They corrected the radio issue but the major concern was not seen, we picked the car back up and a day later (ofcourse on Sunday), the issues reappears. I called them back, left messages for the next few days. The service department manager Tom Dickman, assured me he would call me back as soon as he got a time slot for me. It's been 10 days... More
