As part of $7000+ worth of repairs, to correct misfiring, they replaced the spark plugs. As they should have known, new plugs can cause old coils to go bad, which they did, necessitating another visit. Not only did they not apply a credit for the unrequested services, they didn't give me any break on the bring-back repairs, despite having serviced my car there for the past ten years. By the way, the rude service manager claimed I had requested canceling only one of the services, implying I was lying. He dismissed my loyalty, saying the management has only been there five years.
