cheating people from sold programs I bought my 2012 Tahoe, now it has only 27K, I hardly use this car, when i bought it they talked me onto buying life time oil change program at around I bought my 2012 Tahoe, now it has only 27K, I hardly use this car, when i bought it they talked me onto buying life time oil change program at around $500, i went there a month ago to change the oil and that is one year interval since i dont drive the car too much, my previous oil change was in sept. 2016 the next one was a year after in Sept 2017, surprisingly they charged me for the oil change claiming that it is now under new ownership and they no longer honor previous owner programs or commitments. I will never buy again from Englewood nor i will recommend this dealer to anyone. I complained with Chevrolet direct but they say it is an independent dealer and there is nothing they can do but offer me a $100 compensation and take the car to any other available Chevrolet dealer in my area, I turned the offer down, it is not a charity. during 2017 I purchased a new Ford F150 and I can say Ford is far better not only in cars but in service and commitments, on my F150 the tonneau cover was damaged and Ford itself directed me to go to any dealer I chose and they will replace it free of charge without any questions asked. I purchased the tonneau from out of state from Ford Authorized dealer, they didnt say sorry they are independent like how Chevrolet legal dept and customer service answered me. over all Im not a satisfied Chevy customer any longer even though I owned Taheo since 1998, and for sure this is my last one.
