After settling on the terms of my lease and proving all necessary paperwork I sat around for over 2 hours waiting. Mike had other appointments but made it a point to run around and check in on me occasionally. Totally understand there are various factors at play, but I think the dealer can structure their process a little better to provide a 5 star experience. More
