He worked with me over the phone to negotiate a price and was not intrusive when following up. He understood and respected my shopping at other dealers and was curteous and helpful while I was shopping and for the purchase process. I was the last sale of the dealership and when we finished up, the dealership was closed. Scott stayed to familiarize me with the car, answer questions and ensure that I had On-star correctly setup, etc. The following day, Sun, and also later in the week, Scott texted to make sure all was good and see if i had any questions. The Finance specialist, Mike Lugo, was helpful, gave us several options, allowed us to negotiate extended warranties, and left the office so that my wife and I could talk privately. No pressure. We met with the Sales Manager, Tom Verheeck. He was helpful and friendly. When I later took the car in for a service question, the Service staff was also friendly and helpful. The dealership has that part of the custom experience nailed. When buying any GM product, Englewood Chevrolet, and particularly Scott, would be my 1st choice. The only thing to improve on, and this is a generic issue unrelated to this dealer, is to shorten the purchase process. I've purchased 5 new cars and this was best experience. Overall, I was impressed with the dealerships ethics and culture. Customer comes first. More

First New Car In 12 Years! DREAM CONE TRUE! I have just recently purchased my first new car in 12 years and could not be happier. I spent alot of time shopping around and since I was a Ford man I have just recently purchased my first new car in 12 years and could not be happier. I spent alot of time shopping around and since I was a Ford man I was leaning towards a Ford. But,that was until I walked into Englewood Chevrolet. And was met by a fantastic salesman and gentleman named Scott! After a few simple questions as to what it was I was looking for Scott pointed me in the right direction and answered every single question or concern I had. Once Scott had me sitting in that 2017 Tahoe i was blown away by Scott's knowledge of the vehicle and personable and down to earth he was. Once my decision was made Scott streamlined the process and was in constant contact with me the entire way. From decisio-to-down payment, to after market add on parts, to finally driving away in my new car. SCOTT took this old Ford man and made him a believe in both the Brand and the dealership at Englewood Chevy. The rest of the financial folks and reception were super friendly and knowledgeable.
