Excellent Experience On A cold Wintersnight Due to an accident (I am wheelchair bound) I was dropped off in front as my husband went to park. Scott Mintz was inside enjoying his dinner but spotted me, opened the door and introduced himself. At that point my husband arrived and Scott assisted my husband by lifting the wheelchair so that we could enter. We asked if he was a Sales Associate and he confirmed. From that moment on and several hours later Scott excelled in his salesmanship. The two autos in question were the Buick Regal or a Chevy Malibu; he was very well versed on both models and answered our many questions. He at no point was aggressive even when we told him we wanted to sleep on the two offers. The upshot of this experience was when my husband returned to the dealership and purchased the Malibu Premier with more bells and whistles than we ever imagined we would be purchasing. It was a great experience and we look forward to many happy years driving our Malibu. PS: We are old enough to remember "See the USA in your Chevrolet". We aim tot do that!! GTM More
