I despise dealing with this dealership's service department. I will not purchase another vehicle from Quality Chevrolet. I have been to the service department several times since I purchased a brand department. I will not purchase another vehicle from Quality Chevrolet. I have been to the service department several times since I purchased a brand-new Equinox in March of 2025. I have taken my vehicle in for routine maintenance, and I have brought up issues like my OnStar not working, and I was ignored. I brought it in because I got a check engine light and I was told that I have a faulty telematic control module and that it would be ordered. I waited 2 months and the part was never ordered. Then the part was finally ordered and I continued to wait. The faulty control module also caused battery drainage so I had to drive around with an emergency starter. I made an appointment to see if anything could be done about the battery, and I was told that the telematics control module, which I had been waiting about 6 months for, was received and sent back because I was never contacted when the part came. in. Finally, the part came in, and my car was repaired... well, sort of. They didn't bother to replace the battery, and I still have to use the emergency starter. I have left messages that go unanswered, and I've had to wait at the dealership several times. More
