Bought the vehicle brand new from this dealership and took it in this service with complaint of a knocking noise coming from the driver's side. Tech sup got in the vehicle and confirmed he heard the nois took it in this service with complaint of a knocking noise coming from the driver's side. Tech sup got in the vehicle and confirmed he heard the noise as soon as the vehicle started up. They keep it over night to diagnose the issue. Next day they say they can't replicate it and that I can take it somewhere else closer where I can see if I can replicate it for their tech. I pick it up after hours after work and as soon as I start it up there's the noise. Seemed more like passing the buck than trying to take extra effort to find the problem. Truck is still brand new and came from their lot. I would expect them to go the extra distance. More
