I was very pleased with my advisor Joshua as he called my insurance company on my behalf to check if they covered a problem I had. He had to take pictures,etc of the problem. My only complaint was lack of communication on delays. My truck went for several recalls and general service. The estimated time was one day. When I showed up at 10 the ext day, the truck was not done due to computer delays on recalls updates. I should have been called beforeI showed up. I ended up having to get a uber back home because of this additional delay which was $45. I car rental should have been offered for trouble. I was notified later that day that the truck was done.
