Every time i call im put on hold for an extended period of time. I have to call multiple times and im lucky if I actually get an actual person on the phone from the service department. I didn't have an appointment but I purchased new tires and needed an alignment. The dealership was able to get me in and out within 2 hours which is awesome since this service center is always extremely b and needed an alignment. Payton took care of me and even provided a shuttle so I could get something to eat while I waited. I love this dealership and all of the employees I see when I am there are awesome! More
Brought in my car for service. 4 days in the shop they successfully made it worse. No lift or Uber. Shuttle service very limited if at all available. We had a problem with the cooling fan staying on after the engine was turned off. The outside temperature was cool so the fan should not have been running. I asked for the soonest appointment on January 17th and was given an appointment scheduled for January 31st. Once again, I called and talked to Bill Smigiel and asked for help. He said that I could bring the car in on January 17th, and he would try to get it into service as soon as possible. At this time, we only had one car. We brought it in on January 17th. Bill called us on Saturday the 20th and said that the car was fixed and that we could pick it up. Bill has been my service consultant ever since I bought the car in 2018. He has always gone above and beyond to help me whenever my car needs service. I always ask for him. He will explain everything to me so that I can understand what is happening. He always provides excellent customer service from start to finish. He is an asset to the dealership and to GM. More
