We purchased a 2017 Grand Touring CX-5. Fully loaded, looks sporty and classy, and affordable. Andrew worked with us and his boss to negotiate the best deal, including a fair trade in value for our current car. No pressure approach to sales, drove vehicles by ourselves during test drives so we could discuss openly amongst ourselves. Once we agreed on final deal; it took approximately one hour to finish processing paperwork, detailing car , and filling with gas. Andrew reviewed all of the features and electronics before we left the dealership. He also wants us to call with any follow up questions, which I did.
