Quality I was interested in a Maxda CX-3. Ben and Courtney were so patient with me as I test drove the sport and touring on two different dates before I could I was interested in a Maxda CX-3. I hate getting 'the hard sale' and I didn't feel that with Ben or Courtney. Once I made my decision I think Ben was more excited for me than I was! He took a picture of me and the car and then proceeded to tell me every feature on the car. Which may not seem like a lot, but I already owned a CX-5 and didn't even know all the features which Ben enlightened me of. He also programmed my phone into the car in case I ever had an accident the car would call 911 for me. He genuinely was concerned about me. I am a huge fan of Mazda's and I will go back to Quality and Ben the next time I buy. More

Fantastic Experience and a Great Deal We live in Uruguay & just bought a house in Santa Fe, NM so we needed a car. From Uruguay I contacted Quality by the internet and was introduced to Ben Vigil so over a month we conversed by e mail, made the deal for a new CX-5. I contacted Ben and indicated the date we would arrive at the ABQ airport; he picked us up at the airport with all our luggage took us to Quality had the vehicle ready as well as the paperwork and we were out in about an hour headed to our new home in Santa Fe in our new CX-5. Ben really did a great job and he went all out for us so we are really happy to have such an experience and if the need arises for a new vehicle we will call Ben. More

However I was VERY disappointed that when I got home and reviewed the paperwork found out that we spent a LOT of money for insurance that we did not want! We were told that our payment would be $522 by Ben but Daniel said "I actually have a lower price of ONLY $519" We were never told that the GOLD package had a large cost and without that package our monthly payment would be a lot lower, are whole intent in consolidating from two to just one car! This was VERY misleading and I am disappointed with you! Had you been truthful I would have declined this insurance and had my payment much lower. I am very disappointed in this practice and after buying five cars with you, two for my daughter and now three from us, you have lost my trust in Quality and will go elsewhere for future purchases, Very disappointed More

My youngest son just purchased a new vehicle last Saturday and his additional maintenance costs on his vehicle was much less that what I was quoted at Quality. I paid around $700.00 for an extended bumper to bumper warranty on my last new purchase, from another dealership. Quality quoted me more than four times that price for extended coverage on my new purchase with them. More

Very easy going, clean place, nice people I bought a Mazda 6 here and just recently bought a Mazda 3. The cars speak for themselves, the dealership earned my vote. Overall- A positive Experience We enjoyed working with Andrew Heavner very much. He was always very responsive to our initial email correspondence. He was helpful in finding what we were looking for and very friendly when we met face to face. Our only complaint is common to the practices of dealerships- we disliked the "bait and switch" approach- giving us a monthly amount which we agreed to (I thought it was high for the given interest rate but waited for the final disclosure paperwork to analyze how much we would be paying out in interest) then telling us that for only "7 dollars more" we could have a full extended warranty. I calculated and the full warranty at 7x60 would have cost us (theoretically) only 420 dollars. We asked more questions as this did not sound right. It turns out that in the initial amount, they increased the monthly price by tacking on something else so that they could sell us the actual insurance for "only 7 dollars more" by removing what they tacked on without notifying us. The actual cost of the insurance was upwards of 2k which we turned down. We just disliked that part of the process. The initial monthly quote could have been a bit more up front. Otherwise, things went very well. Thank you! More
