I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I waited three hours for a simple oil change even though I tried to beat the crowds by showing up at 7am. Ever since I went to the Mazda service cente I waited three hours for a simple oil change even though I tried to beat the crowds by showing up at 7am. Ever since I went to the Mazda service center I've had an oil leak. Now I have to go back. They said to bring in the car for an evaluation then they'll make a future apt for the repair! Infuriating! I canceled my service plan. More

Amazing experence I purchase a Mazda 5 on February 29, 2014. It was the by far the most painless experience purchasing a car. I had gone in, not wanting to by the car I purchase a Mazda 5 on February 29, 2014. It was the by far the most painless experience purchasing a car. I had gone in, not wanting to by the car on that day for fear of the time constraint. Ben Vigil made sure I had time to drive the car, to make sure I was comfortable. Took care of all the paperwork while I was out with the car. Fifteen minutes in F&I, no pressure to purchase anything I did not want, and I was on the road!!! Kathy Cline was so sweet!!! It was nice sitting and talking to each of them. I will, without a doubt recommend Quality Mazda to anyone looking for a car. Did I mention, I LOVE my new Mazda!! Thank you!!!! More

Happy Customer I was recently was looking for a car and fell in love with Mazda 6, I had previous looked at some Mazda6 and because I worked never had the time to co I was recently was looking for a car and fell in love with Mazda 6, I had previous looked at some Mazda6 and because I worked never had the time to complete paperwork and at the end the car would be sold. One day at my Lunch I stopped at Quality Mazda and meet Adam I explained my situation he was very helpful from the beginning and worked with my schedule and would would communicate with almost every day until the day of the purchase.
