I recently received a text message about two recalls on my car which I really appreciated and was able to come in to have my car updated quickly. I definitely plan on staying with this dealership in the future and would highly recommend it. More

We worked with Audra White, who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, was able to walk us through all the features in the Nav system from memory. Audra was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. She quickly understood our preferences, and steered us towards the vehicle with the features of interest to us. We had done our research ahead of time, and felt like we were given a fair and honest deal on our trade-in, and in the cost of the vehicle (compared against Edmunds recommendations). There was no attempt by the dealership to upsell, or to try to talk us into extras we were not interested in. The finance manager (Pavel) was extremely organized and was able to work us through the financials in under 10 minutes. We highly recommend this dealership More

Bill, the Service Advisor Juggling in the Service Bay I spun in to get a clarification regarding the replacement of my windshield in my Mazda 6. Safety features are great until you have to replace a cracked windshield. There’s no more $250 windshield! I also needed a routine oil change. When I arrived, around 8:30am, there were 6 cars already in the bay and only Bill. He and Robert, who was moving cars out as quickly as Bill could write the tickets, were doing a great juggling act with the inbound customers and weaving in the customers whose cars were serviced. And Bill is the cashier too! Fortunately, those waiting, with the exception of one guy, were patient and understanding. Thanks for your care and concerns for me and my car and thanks to the service techs who I know do their best to get cars in and out expediently. More

Always a good experience My vehicle is a PT Cruiser, rather than a Mazda, but I've been taking my Cruiser (current and previous) here since they were a Chrysler dealership exc My vehicle is a PT Cruiser, rather than a Mazda, but I've been taking my Cruiser (current and previous) here since they were a Chrysler dealership except for a period when my current vehicle was still under warranty and I had to take it to the new Chrysler dealership. Came back to Quality with a sigh of relief as soon as the warranty expired. In my experience, dating back to 2008, Quality Mazda's service is efficient and honest. After putting off having my air conditioning fixed for about two years because I figured it would be $1,000 or more, based on Internet research and estimates, I decided I really had to have the repair done. Imagine my surprise when the problem turned out to be quite minor, and a fraction of the cost I expected. I'm happy to recommend them. More

Highly recommended. PS - We also bought our CX-9 from Quality Mazda, and that was great, too. More
