It was worth the drive and the research to find this dealership. (CarsDirect.com helped out.) Ben located the ideal car for us (it just arrived to the coastal auto distribution center) and laid out their best price and loan scenarios. Unlike other dealers, the numbers were reasonable and the figures added up correctly. My wife and I did not arrive at our point in life to have high credit scores and the ability to make an emotional purchase without effort and discipline, so it was very refreshing to have a sales person who respected that, and who directed us through the buying process without gimmicks. Pavel did the financing with charisma and flair. The car was promised by September 23 and it arrived August 19! Good luck with the transport and good management at the dealership. Ben arranged for the dealer shuttle to pick us up at the train station, sat us down in our shiny new car and we zoomed off for an unforgettable break-in drive home. The rest will be history. More

Another professional, but light-hearted guy who had no problem joking between the important stuff. I chose a color and option combo that was not on their lot - their whole team found the "right ONE" out of state and arranged its delivery. Pavel in finance was very friendly and efficient. Overall we spent more time tooling around on test drives in various models than we did on any of the"boring" parts of the car buying process.
