While discussing finance/leasing options on a vehicle that I have repeatedly told them that I'm very interested in purchasing, they stabbed me and sold it under the cover to someone else without giving m that I have repeatedly told them that I'm very interested in purchasing, they stabbed me and sold it under the cover to someone else without giving me any opportunity or prior notice. Their inventory was great, at least for me, and they had the vehicle I wanted. They were asking the highest possible price for every component while rushing the sale process (understandably so since they likely had other interested parties). The very same packages and accessories are cheaper at my local dealership but they didn't have the exact vehicle. I was not only willing to pay the higher price and suffer through their sale pressure, I was willing to travel 200 miles to get the vehicle. Hopefully, my experience is just one-off but I consider it to be a blessing in disguise. One of the worst dealership experience I've ever had. You may find your vehicle here but you will definitely not find any honestly, Integrity, or character here. The great folks here will do anything for their top and bottom lines. Their sign says 'Quality Toyota', it seems like they spelled 'Cars N Credit' wrong. Hard to believe this is in a small Midwestern town. More

I waited in the very comfortable customer seating area, enjoying a coffee and reading - a very pleasant place to pass time. About a half hour after I arrived Alexia W. from the Service Department came and enjoying a coffee and reading - a very pleasant place to pass time. The car battery had failed some of the testing and was under 2 years old and would be replaced without cost. She explained the battery problem in detail and I complimented her on her knowledge of the problem. She is one example of the excellent staff serving us at Quality Toyota. Just when the temperature is going to be below zero, my heating fan went out. Although Quality Toyota was booked solid for repairs, they said they would do what they could.
