Not a good experience at all. Had to go to the new car department to purchase a used vehicle. Commonly when you purchase a vehicle they fill your gas tank, not here. The car did not come with 2 keys, owners manual, xm radio free trial, or even car mats. I’ve bought vehicles from here before but the customer service has gone extremely down hill. The only person who started to rerun my calls and text was the new cars sales manager. The finance department was knowledgeable and helped me make sound decisions. This may be the last vehicle I purchase from here. More

Well if you don’t care about two keys, an owner’s manual, floor mats, a full tank of gas, or an attentive salesman than this is your place. The finance department did their job and took care of me on that end.i do not recommend this dealer at all, not even for a new car. There are other dealerships in the area. I would go to Phoenix for a better deal. The salesman are shady and will say anything to make a deal. More
