Expectations were issued to me and my family to pick up a vehicle of our intrest in a week and it turns out we were lied to.... it resulted in putting milage on two personally owned vehicles simply due to s vehicle of our intrest in a week and it turns out we were lied to.... it resulted in putting milage on two personally owned vehicles simply due to showing up to the dealership to be told that the truck was ready. My wife had to drive to AZ from NM to pick up my daughter for whom the truck is for to take her back home..... she had work the next day. Atleast a week passed and we were told the truck was ready. My daughter came up from NM again only to sit around for more than an hour in the finance waiting lounge to be told that the loan paper work was not complete and our finance manager called in for the shift. Numbers were not what we were promised and the GM promised us a check in the mail for $750 dollars for the inconvenience and sales man Andrew also promised floor mats because the truck didn't have any.... Andrew also promised to schedule a day for maintenance on the passenger seat knob adjustment that also did not work before we left the parking lot. Andrew also promised a second key to be made for the truck the next time we were in town. I've tried to contact Andrew on the same cell number that he was so fast to call and text us about the truck being ready and I haven't gotten a response. I have called the dealership to speak to a manager and was told they would get Andrew the message to call me. I'll continue to wait...... As a first time buyer at this dealership, how much worse can it get....... More

Sales person worked hard for me. Had to work to get a manual for the car which also came with only one key fob. I made an appointment for my Buick Enclave as the AC did not work. The advisor said that they would need the car for "a couple of days", so I asked if I could have a "loaner". He said that they do not have not work. The advisor said that they would need the car for "a couple of days", so I asked if I could have a "loaner". He said that they do not have loaners, but have cars for rent at the dealership. When I dropped off my car on Wednesday,3/22/2023, the advisor said that they did not have any more rental cars, but they had an agreement with Hertz, and could drive me there. Two hours later they dropped me off at Hertz, and I found that the dealership did not call them, and that they did not have any available cars! The Hertz people drove me to another Hertz place about 8 miles away. Having no word from the advisor, I called two days later on Friday to find out that they had not done any work except to find that the AC hose had a leak, and that they had not yet ordered a replacement. I called again on Monday as I had not heard from the advisor. I complained that it was costing me money to rent a car on my own, and wanted the car back as soon as possible. He advised that it should be ready the next day, (Tuesday) and he would give me a call on that day with the status. I received no call on Tuesday, but rather one late Wednesday (3/29/2023) to say that the car was ready. In short, it took the dealership 8 days to replace the AC hose and recharge the system. I had to call several times to find out the status, and I had to pay for a rental car for those 8 days! Overall this was very slow service, with little advice, and very costly ( over $1,000) There must be something very wrong with theor procedures or overall management. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Have bought 3 vehicles at this dealership, primarily because we really were impressed with the service department. However, after today this will be the LAST vehicle I buy here and the LAST time I go h because we really were impressed with the service department. However, after today this will be the LAST vehicle I buy here and the LAST time I go here for service. Had scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am to have the battery replaced. I arrived at 9:05 am. NOBODY came out to greet me. After standing by the vehicle for 5 minutes I went inside and stood at the service advisors desk. No acknowledgement or greeting. After several minutes one of the guys looked up and said "Who's next?". No apology or greeting. Was not asked to sign anything, no picture taken of the vehicle or discussion about any other service needs besides the battery. Two hours later, waiting in the waiting area, no status was given even though the vehicle went back to the bay at check in. Went to find a service rep, he said he'd go check on it. He came back in several times, but said nothing. 15 minutes later he finally came over and said "The battery needed replacing (duh) and they were "almost done", just needed to finish the paperwork sb 10 minutes more". 30 minutes later my original service rep (Dominic) comes over and says "The vehicle is done, just need to finish the paperwork." Another 15 minutes and finally he says "the vehicle is ready and it's parked out back - here's your keys." No apologies, no thank you. So sad as this place used to have really great service reps and were the main reason we would drive 30 minutes to get here. Now, we are done with this place as those days are apparently gone with the "new generation" of reps now working here. More
