Doing the purchased remotely via phone and the web went well. After the vehicle was reserved the pictures and vehicle description no longer appeared on the dealer web site. I chatted with someone from the well. After the vehicle was reserved the pictures and vehicle description no longer appeared on the dealer web site. I chatted with someone from the dealership and asked for the photos. She said she would contact a salesperson and have them emailed to me. That never happened. Also, after setting up an account with the dealership I could never log in. It said that a verification code was emailed to me but never came after several tries. Very disappointing since I am paying $20,000 for the vehicle. In view of this, I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone. If they fix their problems, then I could change my rating. More
