I purchased a vehicle on 9/16/2022. They told me they had to do inspections and detail it, so it wouldn't be ready for pick up until the next day. The next day I got a ride and went down there to pick it up, and after waiting there a while they said it wouldn't be ready that day either. It wasn't ready every day until 9/21. I got a ride again and was on my way to the dealership when I received a text message that it still wasn't ready. I replied and stated that the wait was ridiculous and to cancel the purchase. A few minutes later, I received another text saying that it was actually ready. They said the issue was the tire sensors, and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with them, but then the issue was "fixed". That evening, the tire pressure indicator came back on and I had a flat tire. There was a nail in one tire, and that explains why they couldn't get the sensors to reset. The tread was bad on all the tires, and I replaced all the tires the next morning. The vehicle was also sold with a GPS security system. I received a text on 9/23 to set up my account and app for the system. The program could not locate my vehicle or read the system, but the alarm on the truck kept going off every few minutes all night that night. The GPS company told me to go back to the dealership to have the system replaced for free. I did so on 9/28. The security system is plugged into the OBD port. I leave the dealership, after they've messed with the OBD port, and then the check engine light came on. The headlight indicators also came on, after they too had not worked since purchasing the vehicle. I had the code read for the check engine light by a third party, and was told the catalytic system was performing below threshold. I contacted the salesman on 9/29 regarding the check engine light and was told to contact the service department. The service department told me I could drop it off but they wouldn't get to it until the following Tuesday. On 9/30 I went into the dealership and asked to speak with a manager regarding all the issues with my purchase. The salesman went to his manager, came back to me and told me the manager said for him to take me to the service department. The sales manager never came out to speak with me. The service department scheduled the vehicle for drop off on 10/3 at 8:00 and told me 24-48 hours for diagnostics. At the end of the day on 10/4 they said they did not have the diagnostics yet. I called them just before closing on 10/5 and was told the catalytic converter needs to be replaced, but it's not covered by the warranty they sold me. The service advisor said she submitted a request for the dealership to cover the repair. The next day, 10/6, the service advisor told me that the Ford dealership may be able to do the repairs, but it would be a week until Ford can even look at it and do their own diagnostics. At this point I am still waiting, and the dealership has had possession of my truck more days than I have. This has been a horrible experience, and I was sold a vehicle with several issues, including a serious mechanical failure. More

I thought I was just getting an oil change on my Buick Envision, however I ended up buying a new Used Buick Enclave. I'm so happy with my decision to go to Quebedeaux. I always service my cars at the dealer and I recently realized my Buick was not big enough for transporting my items for work. I also needed a roof rack, possibly a built in tow. Frank Contreras (Used cars sales person) heard my plight. My fortune was that a couple had just turned in the larger vehicle I needed. With a significant amount of patience from Frank and his manager John Hoenshell, we finally got to a price that was workable for all of us. The Finance dept person Adam was equally superb to work with. He made everything clear and easy to understand. I drove my new used car home within 3 hours of when I dropped off my original car for the oil change. I had shopped in Phoenix area this past weekend. There was no comparison to what was being offered for used vehicles at those big city dealers! Quebedeaux had better pricing and gave me a very decent trade in value for my Envision. I did have to pay for that oil change though. That was fine, the Enclave was all ready to go for me. Thanks Q! More

It took us 2 weeks to finally find out about our finance situation, which our sales person had to help us with, and I was hung up on twice when I called the service center to check on the status of my car, which threw an engine code the day after I picked it up. This was the absolute worst care buying experience of my life. They do not care about the customer whatsoever and will blatantly lie to you. This location seemed like an assembly line. Meaning get them in and get them out, not very personable. Worst experience ever. . truck was in terrible condition and sales guy couldn't find the keys and told us we didn't need to test drive or look in side. He said your truck people you know what your buyer.. had we test drove it or looked inside we would've known the condition and wouldn't have bought it. They did nothing they said they would. Truck was not detailed, front end needs alignment and they didn't even balance the tires! More
