Again, the only reason I would recommend this dealer to anyone is because of Mark Letcher. We scheduled a “detail” since our newly purchased vehicle wasn’t clean when we bought it due to some other issue anyone is because of Mark Letcher. We scheduled a “detail” since our newly purchased vehicle wasn’t clean when we bought it due to some other issues. Mark Letcher did all the arranging himself, we only worked with him to set this up. He didn’t transfer me anywhere to schedule anything. I greatly appreciated this. He also ensured I would have a loaner vehicle to drive while my car was being “detailed” so I wouldn’t have to waste more time in Tucson than I already had. Mark Letcher is awesome at what he does. He makes sure everything is done properly and quickly. He is very professional and helpful. The “detail” was a joke…. I’m pretty sure all they did was vacuum the seats and the carpet and put some smell nice wafers under the mats. They most definitely didn’t wash windows or wipe down the center console. There is still sticker residue on the back window, and there is still a speck of some liquid on the center console that was there when I bought the car. I could have done a better job and it would have taken me a lot less time! After my 2 hour drive home, while unloading the newly detailed vehicle, I found a straw wrapper under the back seat and also some mud and dirt swipes still on the back passenger door that had been there since I bought the vehicle. Don’t waste your time with a “detail”. Pay your kid $10 bucks to do it! They’d probably take more pride in their work! However, thanks again to Mark Letcher for taking the time out to arrange this and ensure everything was ready, I didn’t have to wait around, and I didn’t have to be transferred to multiple different departments. He’s the only reason any stars are given….. More
