Unbelievably TERRIBLE experience. I was an out of state buyer. These guys ran me in circles for an entire day. Mislead me as a consumer. Pulled my credit WITHOUT my consent, and tried I was an out of state buyer. These guys ran me in circles for an entire day. Mislead me as a consumer. I live in CA and bought a used truck from Quebedezux Buick GMC. I was in contact with a sales rep who was nice to work with, but the finance department needs a lot of work. Don't tell someone that you w Buick GMC. I was in contact with a sales rep who was nice to work with, but the finance department needs a lot of work. Don't tell someone that you will call them back, and never call them. The sales guy and I talked numbers and that week I was on a flight to pickup my truck. I arrived at the dealership and I instantly felt at home. While I was signing the paperwork the truck was getting detailed. I asked before I arrived that the truck be ready as I have to hit the road to head back home that same day. The truck was not ready. I must say I was not impressed not only with the lack cleanliness of the inside of the truck, but the outside condition of it as well. The truck was vacuumed but the center console was disgusting as it had dirt, hair and something sticky all in the inside of it. The passenger side door had some type of sticky substance all over the door, the driver side seat has white paint or something stuck to it. The drivers side seat has multiple tears (6) on it (like a razor blade went through it), the drivers side running board has a huge dent in it. The front bumper paint is starting to peel and the passenger side undercarriage has a huge dent in the metal. The rear passenger side has about a 15 inch dent with scratches to follow as well as multiple down to the metal scratches. When I looked at inspection of the truck video provided by the salesmen to show me to show me the condition of the truck, not a word was spoken about all the deep scratches, dents or how there is only 1 key fab or how the bumpers paint is peeling, no tire jack or tire changing materials are in the truck. Major undercarriage damage, Massive dents on the body of the truck. If I lived in the area, I would not have bought this truck but since I flew in from CA that day and the main paperwork was done, and I needed to get on the road I am upset that the condition of the truck was less than poor. I must say I am not a happy customer and would be very leery of buying a used vehicle from this dealership. I honestly did not think a deanship would take a truck with so much damage to it, and not have it stated in the description. I have sent emails to them, but no one has reached out, which shows me they don't care about their customers once you walk out that door. Take your business elsewhere, a place that cares about the vehicles appearance inside and out. More
