Deceptive practices. Told me that they could beat KBB and Carmax with their appraisal. I would recommend them, with some caveats. The sales rep Norma was great, as was the person in Finance. Norma delivered the car to my door and took my trade in. A few issues I experienced.. A few issues I experienced...the car was delivered late in the evening i.e. it was dark, I did an inspection and test drive. Everything looked OK. The next day I noticed that the passenger side headlines was coming off. When I asked about it, I was told two different stories: a) Dealership wasn't aware of the damage when sold. Does this indicate a problem with the quality checks they perform? b) The car was marked down because of wear and tear and included said damage. If so, why wasn't it disclosed during the sale? Not sure which story is true, either way. Not great. The option I was offered was to undo the transaction. Which would have been a long, tedious process (who has the time?). So I kept the car. Second, the rep didn't bring dealer plates when delivering, so I agreed to give her my plates so she can drive back to Tucson. With the agreement that the plates would be returned by Fedex, I did get the plates back, but they kept my $65 carbon fiber plate frame. Oh well. More

Tony in service is the best as is Paul the curtesy driver. My car was in for warranty work and it was a difficult repair but Tony made sure we got the best service and it was completed as soon as poss driver.
