WORST DEALER IVE EVER BEEN TOO. Lets start out with I called them at 8:30 am. explained my interest in a car they had on their lot. Talked about my trade in and about the trade in values. The salesman stated he will have the car ready for me when I get there. I explained I am driving from Phoenix and would like to buy the car that day. I drove 125miles down to the dealership only to have the salesman not know a dang thing about the car and said it would not be ready today. I then go to see the car and it is a Disaster!! Yes I understand its a used car but the car did not look like they washed any of the interior. There was still trash in the glovebox. I still proceeded and the key they gave me to start the car did not work. I then got it started and It was jumping between gears and could not stay in gear. Made it 1 mile and had to turn around. This was the worst buying experience I have had and with a big dealer too. I got back to the dealer and he asked if I would be interested in something else because this was not a good experience. My thoughts are why would I trust this dealer if they were pulling this crap on me. I ended up just leaving the dealer. Fast forward the dealer texted me asking how my experience with Loren was? I wasn't going to write a review but after that I want everyone to beware of them. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! More

I was a little annoyed after I called to see if the use vehicle, I was interested in was there and told "Yes it is" - drove there an hour later to find it had not even been delivered at this point!? But from there I met JJ (Julio Morais) who was very helpful sorting out that situation, gave me a trade in value on my vehicle & let me know when the vehicle arrived days later. He worked hard to get me a test drive after "Recon" and detail with our busy schedules, returned calls with accurate information that saved a bad start in my vehicle search to a purchase! I rated 5 stars to JJ, Devian, Tim and will be back to shop in the new car show room next time! Thanks, Quebedeaux. More
