This is the 1st time I have purchased a new vehicle and it can be a little stressful making an investment of this size. After locating the truck I wanted to purchase I worked with Manny who is the Sales Manager and for all the hoops and hurdles of delivering a truck that hadn’t reached the dealership, Manny exceeded my expectations. Both Manny and Poncho are passionate about making customers happy and they were both very patient with my endless texts for updates on vehicle arrival. Manny and Poncho went the distance to earn my business and make sure that I was completely satisfied when I drove away with my new truck. Part of the family from that point on.
