This was the absolute worst experience in my entire life. My vehicle does not have a horn or airbag on the driver side (great safety inspections - my horn is literally severed), was in the shop for the first My vehicle does not have a horn or airbag on the driver side (great safety inspections - my horn is literally severed), was in the shop for the first 20 days and items are still not fixed, remote start doesn’t work, parts on indefinite back order except for some reason I can place the order directly and get them in two days. I brought it back to return because the check engine light came back on after being in the shop for eleven days - and was told I had to have returned it on day 5 (I didn’t get to pick it up until day 5) or by day 15 (it was in your shop for the second time, FOR ELEVEN DAYS) and my only option was selling it back at my own loss, but the assistant manager “understands my frustration”. Absolutely and utterly insane. I hope my attorneys make a lasting impression so this doesn’t happen to anybody else. Also, my vehicle has less than 50k miles…do better inspections before you get shut down for selling lemons with major safety issues. More
