I have purchased 4 Buick encodes in a row 2013 3016 2020 2022 all from qhebedeaux an all aspects have customer service have been excellent if I had to single out one employee for great service it is Tim Mul 2022 all from qhebedeaux an all aspects have customer service have been excellent if I had to single out one employee for great service it is Tim Mullins in sales/finance He has always been aou go to guy and is just a super help each time. If I had to point out a weakness, it would be the long wait for simple service apps re: oil change, new battery etc. All in all though 5star rating for sure. More
