Yes there is something you can do. Stand by your word. I was told I would be sent a check as compensation for my wasted trip from Texas to Arizona. Nothing has been received yet and its been over 2 weeks. GM corporate told me they reached you to address this also but still no response from the dealer other than this general lip service response above.
