Experience was good and Don was very straightforward and honest. The truck wasn’t ready to take home right away as it had a check engine light on and it was sent to another dealership for repair. As soon honest. The truck wasn’t ready to take home right away as it had a check engine light on and it was sent to another dealership for repair. As soon as I left the lot and got home it was on again. So I took it back and it requires about $1000 worth of repair to a faulty EGR valve. This should have been handled before I took delivery. So 2 weeks to get the part and I was advised to not drive the vehicle any more than necessary. More

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. On the lot, I was shopping for a pre-owned SUV. I was seeking for a low-mileage car that piqued my interest in SUV. Despite the fact that it was a used automobile, it appeared to be brand new, and my Sales Professional Jesus Valenzuela was quite helpful. He was incredibly knowledgable about the automobiles there, as well as friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for based on my preferences. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Special mentioned to Mr. Fernando Camacho, very approachable and very accommodating. My wife and I really appreciate you guys!
