I am not sure what could you do to fix this , other then maybe simplyfy the process and make the sales people more aware of costumer needs an value of time. After we finally agreed on terms of financing and everything else i was informed that the car is not even checked for safty yet and i will not be able to take it that day, fortunately for me i am not a person to be pushed around and i demanded to make it happen that day but i had to come back to get the car which i did but that was waist of my time, all the checking could have been done when we were negotiating the terms.
