I would give them 0 stars! My son, test drove one their used vehicles and was upfront with the sales rep of his interest. My son is 19 and looks young but already has great paying job in insurance for the used vehicles and was upfront with the sales rep of his interest. He still proceeded to follow through with the buying process with them and asked about the financing. They sent him the application and requested proof of employment and income. All of which he provided to them. When he followed up with them on the status of his application, he was told that they just sold the vehicle. This is a shady practice. The took personal, confidential information from my son and ran his credit, he only approved them to do for financing of that particular vehicle, then sold it. Jesus was the name of the sales rep. Worst experience ever with a dealership!!!! I called on Saturday about a used vehicle that was listed online, I was told they were closing and someone would call me first thing Monday morning. Monday rolls Saturday about a used vehicle that was listed online, I was told they were closing and someone would call me first thing Monday morning. Monday rolls around and no call, I call back again asking to speak with a saleman and was told I had been assigned to a certain saleman and that they would have him call me, 4 hours later, still nothing. I call back again asking to speak with ANY saleman, I was told that I couldn't and was even told I couldn't speak with a manager! The last call, the receptionist hung up on me because I got upset that no one had called me back. I dont know what it takes to talk with a saleman at this dealership, but I've never had this much of a problem trying to purchase a vehicle. You can't even get past the receptioist to speak with anyone! I'm leaving this review in hopes that the management or the owner will reach out but I'm not expecting much! More
