I’m so disappointed with Quebedeaux. Our sales man Josh was great. I already gave a review for him, it’s the experience after I drove away with my Jeep. Josh said they did a recon on the Jeep to make sure it was safe. It took them four days to do this after I had signed the paperwork work. I was fine with that. The problems started when I took it to Jeep dealer to get a second key made. The Jeep dealer ran a diagnostic and found 5 pages of things wrong. I had bought the extended warranty I was assured was a great deal and they would cover everything. The warranty company would not make a claim, the sale was to new. Had to take back to dealer ( Quebedeaux) to fix. Called twice to try to talk to Chris the finance guy. Never, even to this day received a call back. Person that answered the phone recommended we bring it in to service center and ask for Adam. Adam was not available the next morning when we brought it in so Atley took over. We didn’t ask for everything on the pages done, the most important thing we wanted was the replacement gas tank fix. Dropped my Jeep off on Friday Nov 5. He said they probably would not have any news till Tuesday and he would let us know. I call Tuesday and was supposedly to receive a call back with information. No call back. Next morning (Wednesday) my husband called and they told home they were looking for a replacement gas tank would get a call with an eta. It is now Monday November 15. Called this morning and still waiting on call back to tell me what’s going on. I doubt I will receive one. Your company is horrible at returning calls. During the safety recon that was supposed to be done, how could you miss that all the fluids in the car were low. Steering wheel fluid was dangerously low as well as transmission fluid. As for the gas tank it had a crack in the gasket which made it hard to fill up tank because it constantly thought the tank is full. Did not find that out till tried to fill the tank. Didn’t think anything of driving off lot with a quarter tank of gas, figure gas is so you guys didn’t want to fill the tank, now I know why.call in all I’m very unhappy with the service. I have gotten to drive my Jeep 3 days total since I bought it on October 22nd. It’s almost a month and I have not been able to enjoy my Jeep that I have waited for years to buy. Very unhappy. More

This experience was an odd one to begin with, but I got the truck i wanted, took 2-3 weeks to get it to me. It needed to be detailed and speakers hooked backup. Online the truck looked ready to go, I'd recommend that you call in advance to make sure that's the case. Finance was odd just as well, but very helpful. Spoke to my wife and I about the terms and the addons. But what was odd was the fact that we didn't get the contract from the bank we had financed with, in fact they ended up looking for another bank to finance our new used car with Quebedaux, i also recommend that you check your emails in case they need more information. Overall it was an ordeal, but again, got the truck we wanted More
