Quebedeaux Buick-GMC

I have heard horror stories regarding there service dept. but wanted my own opinion on that. Recently purchased a Jeep at Quebedeaux Buick GMC - Took it in to get service, I mentioned to the service advisor but wanted my own opinion on that. Recently purchased a Jeep at Quebedeaux Buick GMC - Took it in to get service, I mentioned to the service advisor what excatly needed to get done in the morning. A full day pass and no call from the service dept. I then called in to get a status on my Jeep and service advisor mentioned that no problem was discovered after I clearly explained exactly what I took it in for. Picked up my Jeep then proceeded to speak to the manager to get his input on the situation and of course he said the right things to me to diffuse the situation. It is been over a week and haven't received a follow up call from anyone on a quote or if they ordered the part or anything. If this is the kind of customer service I will be getting after purchasing the extended warranty at this dealership then beware and pass on that. Very disappointed on my experience there again I heard horror stories of the service dept. loosing peoples vehicles and cars getting stolen from there. I guess some of that is true. More

I traded in my car and bought a used one from them. Be very careful when they show you the KBB value of your trade-in and the one they are selling you. They rated mine as fair even thought it was it great very careful when they show you the KBB value of your trade-in and the one they are selling you. They rated mine as fair even thought it was it great condition and they rated the one I was buying as excellent and fully loaded with everything, even thought it was a base model. I tried calling the GM to inform him about this deceitful practice, but of course he was in a meeting, so I left a message and asked for a return call, which I never received. All-in-all the sale person either did not know the product he was selling or went along with the scam. I sill have the KBB print out of both car's, which they will provide you to show where they get there numbers from. Mine showed they used "fair" rating however, theirs had no rating on it, but based on the value they used "excellent" even though it is far from excellent condition. Because I didn't double check their numbers I got taken for about 7,000 dollars. I like the vehicle I got and seeing as the GM will not return my call I guess I will just have to live with it. But so you don't get scammed, double check every figure they show you. More
