My salesman was Josh Harris. I had a great experience with him. For being new to the dealership itself I felt confident in him to help me get the deal that was best for me. I first came into the dealership late on a Wednesday afternoon to look at specific vehicles. At first we couldn’t find them but he took the time to locate each vehicle and show me each one. I was not able to complete the process until later in the week on Saturday but Josh kept me updated throughout the week on the vehicles availability to make sure that I was in the loop. I went in that Saturday morning and immediately he came to assist in the process. Buying a new car after 6 years was not an easy decision to make but he made it very easy and I am happy with my experience with him as an employee. I’d definitely recommend him and the dealership! I was disappointed when I asked for the copy of my multipoint inspection report and I was told the mechanic didn't fill it out. The next day after having my oil changed, I found a puddle of oil in my multipoint inspection report and I was told the mechanic didn't fill it out. The service department employees are courteous. I brought my car in to have some interior trim fixed. When I got the car back, they said it was fixed. It was not even touched.
