Very bad service they take to manny days to have the car ready ready More
Made a 10am appointment for and oil change. The service center was busy but I didn’t think much of it because I had made an appointment. Fridays are my days off so I usually schedule most appointments on F center was busy but I didn’t think much of it because I had made an appointment. At 11:25 I noticed my GMC was still waiting in the area where I first dropped it off.When I asked why my car hadn’t been taken back I was told that they were busy and the best thing to do is be there first thing in the morning. What do I have to make an appointment for then. I told him I had to leave because I had another appointment at 12 and I was made to feel like it wasn’t a big deal, service guy said well your car is right there and the keys are in it. Wow, what a joke!!! More
If I could give zero stars I would!! I drove 6 hours to pick up a truck that I did paperwork for, they said everything would go through safety and be reconditioned. When I arrived it had parts broken off, a huge leak dripping down, and bald several cracked tires....when I saw bald they were BALD. I brought it to the scamman Chet that I had been dealing with amd he said oh thats just what it is. I cancelled the contract in the spot, he got pissy got in the truck and drove away and left me standing there. I Have yet to receive my refund for my down payment, I got a follow up email half way back home saying congrats on your new truck.....i responded to the manager Cisco who sent it and no response. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Avoid this place at all cost. The only person that was decent to deal with was Tim in finance. More

I had an appointment for 07:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 07:29 and informed the service writer that I would be waiting. My truck sat in in lane until I complained @ 09:22. At which ti rotation. I arrived at 07:29 and informed the service writer that I would be waiting. My truck sat in in lane until I complained @ 09:22. At which time I was informed that my expectation of an hour or hour and a half was not reality. The then moved my truck into the service bay for my service. @ approximately 10:05 my truck was parked along side of the service building. I waited to be advised that my truck was done, but it wasn't until I asked a service advisor if my truck was ready. but they had not done anything with my invoice by that time. Invoice was completed after my request and I departed at 10:15. I think 3 hours is a really long for this type of service while waiting. I could understand if I had not told the servicer writer that I was going to wait. But the service department was "it is what it is" is so wrong on may levels. I spent my whole life in the service industry and it I treated my customers like this, I would have fired myself. More
