The brakes on the 2021 Encore GX has been in the shop three times to repair the squealing brakes, yet the brakes continue to squeal. The squeal has lessened however the brakes still squeal. Adam Hensley did intervene following the second attempt resulting in the new brake pads, but it appears to be only the rear brakes were serviced. Each visit resulted in an overnight (2days) third visit was three days. We have neighbors complaining about the noise whenever we back out of our garage. More

The work was done timely everyone is very nice but the car ran poorly on the way home and check light came on too. We went into the dealership on a Saturday and the first salesman we encountered was not helpful at all and acted like we were a waist of his time. We hadn’t planned on buying from Quebedeaux at that point. But the Jeep I wanted was there. Even after shopping around. When we went back Rafael helped us out and he was amazing. Patient and helpful. Willing to work with us every step of the way. The only thing I am not happy about is having to wait after purchase for the vehicle to be ready to go home. However I understand that is the nature of buying used, at least in this case. I do appreciate them taking the time to make sure my Jeep was in good shape.
