Arrived at 1:50 pm for 2:00 oil change appt. At 3:30 I asked why my truck had not been pulled into the building yet. They pulled it in about 3:35. At 5:30 pm I asked when the oil change would be done. They said paperwork was lost, but it's done. I will not detail my verbiage as it was not good, since I had been there the whole time, in the waiting area, 10' from the service writers, separated by a glass partition. Went to leave and the truck had 6 locations of grease on it including bumper, hood, both fenders and the side step. This truck is new with 3500 miles and the performance from start to finish was totally unacceptable. More

I waited for three hours. Ok - I know stuff happens. It would be nice to be kept informed. Nothing! I would ask different people - nothing. I got on I-10 and my tire pressure lights came on. I’m constantly reminded by the staff at how busy they are. I’ve been flexible when I call for an oil change, even offering to leave the vehicle over night. I feel as though I’ve become an imposition. Our new 2021 Buick Encore surprisingly has squealing brakes when backing and sometimes stopping forward. Especially true when brakes are cold. The results where that the tech test drove but did not hear the brakes. Not sure if they backed up otherwise they would have heard the squeal. We scheduled an appointment and never heard form the service advisor, tried calling and calling, often the phone rang and rang no voicemail and could not leave a message. Finally we drove back to dealership, waited for the service advisor while he did paperwork and was told the car would not be ready today due to the tech doing a diagnostic on another matter, noisy engine when cold. The next day we received a call, picked up the car and low and behold the brakes continued to squeal when backing out of the garage, cold or not! We purchased an Enclave in 2013 & never had such poor communication or results with the service department. We are NOT happy that the brakes continue to squeal when backing. More
