From the beginning of my interactions with this dealer my requests for specific details on the car were delayed and it out me in a position where I had to act blind due to my availability. I was honestly in shock at how unprofessional the process was for my purchase. I made a poor decision to trust them thinking a dealer would be honest about the condition of the car. They told me a 150 point inspection had been completed, but didn’t disclose a severe oil leak, and a major issue with the fuel sensing system. Also has a suspension issue, turn signal doesn’t work and window switch is broken. This is the worst transaction I’ve ever been part of. More
Not the best service..this is my 2nd service appointment and both haven’t been good. My appointment was at 430 I was there at 415 and nobody came out until after 450. A little disorganized in the transition going from sales department to finance department. Had to wait 5 hours after was called that everything was ready. 2 times I have been given a loaner vehicle that was not clean and even mentioned it to the service member assisting me, and he seemed to be more focused on getting me out the door than providing me with qu clean and even mentioned it to the service member assisting me, and he seemed to be more focused on getting me out the door than providing me with quality. It was almost if he associated me with being accustomed to filth. There should have been better service especially since we are dealing with the COVID Pandemic. When addressed with the service department they felt comfortable with substandard service for me, but I watched others get a more quality service. Seems that lately whenever I bring my vehicle in for service that the quality is dropping off. Quebedeaux has always had a reputation for quality but it is certainly not what it use to be. I honestly feel that the senior management team should take a closer look at the service department team and its leadership. The conveyor belt service is so yesterday and customers today expect quality. Even though the service guy that assisted me had good intentions, his lack of concern for how the quality of service impacted me was very disappointing. Anyway, I returned the loaner vehicle in 10 times better shape and cleaner than when it was given to me. As a Police Officer and first responder in this community I certainly want to recommend the Quebedeax Service department, but after my last 3 visits I am a little concerned. Seems that a pattern of substandard quality is afoot and I would move to say that the senior management team might not even be aware of. I would sure hate to recommend the service center to a friend and have them experience what I did on the last 3 visits. Thank you for your concern. More
Went for oil change/check engine light. Couldn't do light would have to leave and come back to loner car. Said I had oil leak. Couldn't do or tell me what but I would have to make appointment and leave car n would have to leave and come back to loner car. Said I had oil leak. They said they were waiting for parts, I found a part they were waiting for in 5 minutes and they would not let me bring it in. I will NEVER do business with anyone’s this dealer EVER AGAIN. I implore everyone else to do the same. This place is garbage. Oh, still waiting for me vehicle to be done too... it’s been 2 weeks now. And no one can answer me on what is being fixed. More

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this dealership as you can! Their customer service is one of the worse I have ever encountered. They do not return telephone calls even though you are ass dealership as you can! Their customer service is one of the worse I have ever encountered. They do not return telephone calls even though you are assured that they are taking your concerns seriously. Their finance department screwed up the licensing of the car. Their service department kept the car for two and a half days while they did their "inspection". Every day, were assured that the car was next in line to be inspected. Then had to wait while the car was "detailed". Assumed that meant they were going to clean the car inside and out. Wrong!! The console glove box had enough dog hair inside that another dog could have been made from it. Finally told the car was available for pick up. Were assured that everything was working perfectly only to find out while still in their parking lot that the 4 x 4 did not work. Told that they would call the next week to set up an appointment to bring the car back in to have it fixed. No calls from them. Tried calling for three days straight. Told someone would call back to set up an appointment. Still waiting even though we call once a week. Have left messages for the General Manager and Owner of the dealership. Total silence from them. More
