Check engine light came on so I took in for service. Dropped the truck off in the morning they finished it at 7 pm. Went to pick it up in the morning and was told it was a simple reset. They then elaborated that something tripped a sensor two weeks ago...hmm that's when I got an oil change from you guys. When the truck was returned there were drinks and food items from the service crew in the passenger seat and cup holders. Losing the vehicle for an entire day most likely due to something they did during the oil change and then having trash left in my vehicle is not good service. More
I had my car for a month when it broke down. It wouldn't start. I tight it was the battery took it in. How the battery still showed warranty on it. They wanted to be pay for the battery and for them to inst start. I tight it was the battery took it in. How the battery still showed warranty on it. They wanted to be pay for the battery and for them to install it. I found out it wasn't the battery it was the a button behind the breaks that starts the car. Only had this car a month and they could not help. Very disappointing. No where on the paperwork shows sold as is. As they were telling me. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting a car from there. More

The sales team has been great however the truck I purchased is still in their service center it has a bad fluid leak and they are trying to fix it. I purchased the truck in April around the 17th. I had to wait until the 20th to pick it up that's when we found the leak we took it back it was there for a week called they said it was fixed picked it up on the 27th and had to take it right back it is still leaking. Still waiting Patiently for a call as to when the truck will be available for us. They came through and got my truck fixed. Been driving the truck for a week now and not a drop of fluid has leaked from it. Very happy I waited for the service center to get it fixed. More
Brought our Buick Lacrosse in for a full transmission service, during our time of wintering in Tucson. Two weeks later, we left Tucson to travel back home to NM. After about 45 minutes of driving on th service, during our time of wintering in Tucson. Two weeks later, we left Tucson to travel back home to NM. After about 45 minutes of driving on the highway, the transmission started acting weird, so we turned around and drove back to the dealership and left the car there. Fortunately, we had another vehicle to get us back to NM. After returning a couple of weeks later to pick up the car, we were told by the service writer that the problem had been the service department's fault, as the transmission fluid had been "over-filled by 4 quarts" during the transmission service job. I asked how such a thing could happen, and was told that he didn't know, because a "machine" fills the fluids. I stated that someone must have to program the machine, but no further explanation was given. Fortunately, no serious damage was done to the transmission as a result of this major oversight. This is totally unacceptable, and shows a serious lack of quality control within your service department. This creates a lack of trust on our part for having future service done at this dealership. I came in for an oil change and a nail in my tire. I paid for the tire warranty when I purchased my vehicle. I was a little frustrated and worried that the tire was not in stock and I had to drive a lo paid for the tire warranty when I purchased my vehicle. I was however, very happy that once the tire arrived on Monday they quickly changed it so I didn't have to miss more than an hour of work. More

Because of a lack of communication between the sales department and the service department, I had to make 2 trips to get the service done. Then, the service department only did half of the work. I still had to remove plastic and coverings on the surface of the vehicle. Every time I scheduled something, my salesperson wasn't there and the services that were supposed to be coordinated were not. I had a better experience the first time that I purchased a vehicle here. I'm still learning how to use my car. More
