We signed a contract to purchase a vehicle on 5/15- pending some 'recon.' We are still waiting for the vehicle. Communication has been poor. Initially the vehicle was promised in 5/19- still waiting. pending some 'recon.' We are still waiting for the vehicle. Communication has been poor. Customer call back needs to be worked on, better answers then “I don’t know” or “we can’t find the tech or the vehicle, they maybe test driving it so we dont have an update”, given an estimate time even if then “I don’t know” or “we can’t find the tech or the vehicle, they maybe test driving it so we dont have an update”, given an estimate time even if it’s going be two weeks, gives you an idea to find alternative transportation because I couldn’t afford daily Insurance rental. I was told that the service shouldn’t take more than two hours maximum and I was there for just under three hours. I had to cancel other plans that I had on my Saturday afternoon because of it. They also di hours maximum and I was there for just under three hours. I had to cancel other plans that I had on my Saturday afternoon because of it. They also did not reset the oil life on the dashboard or take the time to put the sticker on the window that tells me the next time to get an oil change. I have been to the GMC in Phoenix and have never had this poor of service. All waiting rooms were also very crowded and unpleasant. More

Worse GMC shop I have ever been to. I have gone here multiple times, not once has service been completely done, on time, or without an issue except for oil and fuel filter change. This last appointment multiple times, not once has service been completely done, on time, or without an issue except for oil and fuel filter change. This last appointment was total incompetent and disappointing service. I was called to have my airbag recall done, appointment was a 3-4 hour appointment. Dropped vehicle off at 9am (appt was 9:30), left vehicle. Called at 12:55pm for status, technician was no where to be found. Was dropped off to wait for vehicle, waited an hour for "completion", vehicle came out 5 hours after appt. Driver was bringing my vehicle forward, and a service person, banged against my tailgate very hard to make the driver think he hit something. Very unprofessional. Got my vehicle, with no paperwork found. Turned right onto Speedway and my front panel of my dash board fell off. Returned to Quebedeaux to have the panel properly secured. Waited to get my truck back. Was halted by Joshua, who informed me he found out the reason the paperwork was not found is because they had received the wrong part from GMC, and the recall was not completed. To say I was upset would be an understatement, after 5.5 hours and still no work done, and having wasted gas to and from the service appt for 2 vehicles. Received a call later around 6 pm, asking if I could look in my vehicle for a set of keys for a Hummer, that may have been left in my vehicle. I laughed, and said there were no keys in my vehicle. I laughed because 2 appointments before they lost my Key FOB and I had to return to have both my FOBs reprogrammed to my vehicle. The friendliness of the staff, does not justify or excuse the carelessness of the service. The excuses are many, the solution and compensation is non-existent. More

It took 5 days to prepare the car f Poor Communication, among other problems. The advertised price had no relation to the amount I ultimately paid. It took 5 days to prepare the car for delivery, and no report was provided regarding the supposed inspection done at some point during those five days. The promised great detail job was clearly little more than a quick rinse, tire shine and armorall on everything. Also, the audio input jack is broken, which irritates me to a degree that surprises me; probably because a car that was advertised at $14k cost me $23k after dealer add on, fees, and the overpriced warranty. When paying that much, it seems like all the cars components should, at least, function. I really hope that overpriced warranty proves to be worth it, because I'm beginning to suspect this car is not in the condition I initially believed. ADDED JUNE 15, 2021: On May 26, 2021 I delivered the car to the Dealer's service center for 2 reasons. First, in the hope that they might do me the courtesy of repairing/replacing the broken audio jack, and Second, because shifting into second or third gear sometimes produced a loud grinding sound and resistance going into gear. I was informed that it would be early the next week before they could look at the car. This worked well for me as I would be out of town for a week. I called the Service Center when I returned to town on June 2 and was informed that they would be diagnosing the car later in the week. By June 10, the service center could not tell me if repairs were needed or how long it would be before they knew. The service center rep, Atlee, said he did not know anything about rental reimbursement or courtesy vehicles. I asked someone in the finance department about the terms of rental car reimbursement under the "extended warranty" I had purchased (I had still not recieved a copy of that contract), but they had little information on that either and gave me a brochure from the warranty company. I called the preowned office multiple times and left a message for the pre-owned sales managers. I did not receive any reply nor any post-sales follow-up. I also recieved no response to my review on this website, beyond the formulaic reply which I suspect is really just the marketing department trying to make the dealer look like it cares about customer service. At this point I called in a favor through personal channels which appears to have helped prioritize my issue. After doing so, Adam Hensley called me. He was friendly and communicative about what was known and told me that the transmission was being checked out. I got the car back on June 14. Mr. Hensley informed me that one of the transmissions mounts had been incorrectly installed by whoever's provided service to the prior owner, and he went on a test drive with me before I accepted the vehicle. The transmission has not exhibited rough/loud shifting into second or third gear since I picked it up. It does still ocxasionally make some loud noises when shifting into 2nd and 3rd occasionally, but nothing I would call grinding, and there is no resistance to going into gear. I think the sounds may just be characteristic of the vehicle. The aux input jack was not replaced. Based on my experience in the past month, I have concluded that Quebedeaux sells preowned cars "as is," and they mean it. I'm guessing the exception is certain powertrain problems in the first 15 days after purchase that might implicate the nonwaivable warranty of merchantability. I would expect them to look into a problem such as the one on my vehicle because a serious problem in the transmission could certainly render a car unsafe or unfit for daily driving. But, be sure to bring the vehicle back to them before the 15 day period is up, and don't count on timely resolution of the concern. I made a down payment on the car and signed the sales agreement on May 14, 2021. I had the vehicle for 6 of the 30 days between then and now. Altogether, I am disatisfied and disappointed with this entire experience. More
