Instead of fixing vehicle they made it worse and blamed me for the issue? Now I have to find time to take it back. Plastic bumper piece was barely separating from top piece, they told me I ran over somet me for the issue? Now I have to find time to take it back. When I got home I slid underneath and could find no sign of impact as they told me, in fact muffler was in direct line of issue so it would have a dent in it if I did run something over. Said they tried to fix it best they could ended up separating the whole piece across looks like crap, in the beginning there was just a small separation now the whole piece is pulled out! I spoke with Adam about it said bring it back, I live 40 minutes away and cannot bring back ASAP, this should have been repaired on first visit if it couldn't be repaired then they shouldn't have screwed with it and made it worse! I have to say that today was the most pleasant day I have ever had shopping for cars. Don was very pleasant and helpful to work with. He showed me some nice Buicks on the lot but they just werent for me. He ever had shopping for cars. Don was very pleasant and helpful to work with. John managed to show me all of the cars on the lot that were in my price range from his own desktop in his office. Honestly, I have to admit the staff here is pretty great because it's not too often that a sales manager welcomes u into his own office to personally show u his entire inventory on his without even taking u outside and its ur first time at that dealership. Wow, really took that extra step to make me feel special. And they weren't busy at all... thanks again John for making me feel pretty again.
