This service center is a great and fast center. I was informed about my car the whole time. My service advisor was named Atle F.! He keep me informed and up to date with every detail on the process. He was super apologetic when things didn’t go right and did everything he could do to make it right. I highly appreciate the honesty treatment and understanding I received from him in the service department. Norma is the lovely lady I brought the car from and she was so sweet amazing and understanding. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go see them two to get a car and have all work done on their new cars. More
Sadly, it was very bad. We bought the car in May, waited until nearly July before we received it, and it still was not serviced properly. Everyone passed the buck. No one would take responsibility. No one returned calls. I was even hung up on when an employee said I was connected to the wrong extension. This was not consistent with our other experiences there but enough to make me not want to return. More
