I appreciated the help with my car and getting it serviced for free when I found some mechanical issues. My sales rep was not as helpful as I’d hoped, but he’s learning. We had to return to the deale serviced for free when I found some mechanical issues. My sales rep was not as helpful as I’d hoped, but he’s learning. We had to return to the dealer 2 times after our first visit for dealer errors which was also extremely annoying because we live 2 hours away. It was an okay experience, but I definitely didn’t feel like a very valued customer for most of the time I was there. The service department was great though, which is why I’m giving 3 stars. I also really like the car I bought. You win some, you lose some! More

It was good however it kind of took a wrong turn when it had came to the shipping part. since i live in California and needed it to be sent over here, it wasn't until i thought everything was done that i fo had came to the shipping part. since i live in California and needed it to be sent over here, it wasn't until i thought everything was done that i found out there was some more paperwork that needed to be signed which caused the time to be extended by at least 2 weeks, maybe more, and i'm still waiting for the paperwork to arrive. Don't know if the FedEx folks were supposed to get it here overnight but it didn't happen and its already been 3 days and according to the tracking number it's not scheduled to arrive until Monday which will put it out at a 5 day time period just getting it here for signature. Quebedeaux said it wouldn't cost anything for me to send it back after it's signed but I'm not taking any chances, i'm overnighting it for sure! Sales staff acknowledged that the ball had been dropped as it were, and the sales manager John Cotter offered to refund me $500.00 for my inconvenience, which helped. That helped but in the meantime i'm pretty anxious to get my hands on my Truck! More
