When I finally got a call they said they had nothing to show me despite them having several in stock. This made me think they never reviewed my request or took me seriously. When I purchased the truck, rather then give me the one I test drove and was already detailed. They changed it last min with a vehicle that wasn’t even cleaned or had mats. Now I’m having to find a place in my small town to detail my truck and still no reply from dealership on how to get reimbursed. Only reason I continued to purchase the vehicle was because no one else in town had one readily available. In all my years worst car buying exp. I’ve ever had and will never purchase a vehicle or recommend buying a vehicle to any of my colleagues from them. More

The customer service I received on this purchase was the worst I have ever had in my life. Once I paid for the vehicle in cash, the dealership forgot who I was. My initial impression of the dealership was very positive. I was greeted by salesperson EJ Young and he listened to what I had to say regarding my vehicle needs. His questions were on point, thought positive. I was greeted by salesperson EJ Young and he listened to what I had to say regarding my vehicle needs. His questions were on point, thought provoking, and we had an easy time communicating back and forth. The negotiation process was not at all painful and we came to a fair and equitable deal. The vehicle had a broken driver’s seat trim which EJ and I discussed and I was told that it would be fixed when it was in the shop for its safety and dealer prep inspection. The dealership had Saturday and Monday to prep and repair the vehicle and it was agreed to that I would pick it up on Tuesday morning. When I arrived Tuesday morning the seat was not fixed and I had to bring the vehicle back on Wednesday morning and leave it for the entire day. This was my only complaint with the entire process. EJ was fantastic, the finance department personnel were efficient and the shop did the seat repair correctly. Thanks for my new vehicle! More
