The 2015 Chevrolet Cruze that I had purchased. Had a lens that had fallen off inside the headlight assembly, I had noticed this before purchasing. I was told it would be taken care of. Brought the car in, I was told they had to get a estimate for the used car department, that they would give me a call to bring it back in. Well no phone call, I called, I was told I would get a call back they had to check into it. Still no call back. It’s been two weeks now. I will not be using their service at all or any future vehicle purchases. More

Service department is horrible. The customer service is non existent, as you walk no one attempts to help you. I made an appointment but my vehicle waits for an hour before being taken back.
